Ok two weeks off the points wagon and I'm already kind of grumbling about my commitment to return to them tomorrow.
Is it because regular soda pop tastes like crack vs. diet?
Possibly, I'm drinking a diet Dr Pepper as I write this and I gotta admit that it tastes like hell, and it's admittedly one of the BEST diet sodas.
I don't wanna work this hard. Yet I remember how freaking great that first 6 pounds felt. Six pounds is a LOT.
But I have to wake up committed or it's just not going to work now is it?
I have to find my motivation and I almost feel too tired to even figure it out right now. I'm wearing jeans 2 sizes smaller than I used to wear.....I should be ecstatic.......
Complacency is easy when you are tired all the time.
Ok, I'm going to get some sleep - and wake up committed.
And I'm going to make you come along with me.
